What costs a "wedding surcharge" elsewhere, we take as part of the service, which we fund from the price of the accommodation - just a fair approach from the first day to the last 🌿
🏡 THE ONLY CONDITION - BOOKING THE ENTIRE VENUE
We want you to have your privacy, comfort and freedom, so we only ask that you book all beds for the duration of your wedding stay.
You will get:

✨ Unlimited time - no limits or stopwatches.
✨ Maximum flexibility - wedding at your pace, not by the clock.
💰 The price for the whole weekend is based on the time of year and ranges from £27,777 to £127,777.

🛏️ ACCOMMODATION AND GROUNDS
- Comfortable accommodation for up to 50 people
- Enclosure of the entire Hamr - new hall, restaurant with oven, terrace with swimming pool, deck over the Křemezský brook, sandpit, deck chairs and embankment
- Privacy for your wedding, while on the other side of the building can be open grill bar "Window to the Forest" with its own toilets
🥐 FOOD AND SERVICE
- Two buffet breakfasts
- Brunch - a pre-wedding reception so guests don't go hungry before the ceremony
- Ceremony table setting and basic decoration
- Wedding coordinator services - an experienced and certified professional who will plan everything with you in detail
- Recommendations from vetted vendors: photographer, DJ, band, pastry chef, florist, decorator, nanny and driver
🚗 COMFORT AND FACILITIES
- Free parking - up to 55 cars (grounds + parking in front of the no entry area)
- Wi-Fi fibre optics to the guest house
- Rental and installation of wedding gates, vases, candle holders and decorations
- Cleaning and waste disposal after the event
- Transportation of guests by business Octavia - you only pay the driver

- Your own refreshments and sweet bar - if you want to provide your own, you save money; we will provide the dishes and cleaning
