CHECK IN (arrival) of guests at the guesthouse is possible at 14h at the earliest
CHECK OUT (departure) of guests is no later than 11h
Each room has its own bathroom and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided in the room. We do not normally invade your privacy by cleaning your room, so please report in the morning at breakfast for a change of bins, towels, toilet paper refills and other supplies. If you wish, we will determine the intervals at which your room will be cleaned during your stay as you wish.
Even when the restaurant is not open, you can brew coffee, hot chocolate, tea and wines from the wine cellar in the basement at the touch of a button on the coffee machine. It is possible to take anything to drink on the 1st floor from the fridge - wine, sparkling wine, Birell, bottled beer, etc,
Tap your own beer in a clay jug from the real tap on tap. Kids can also tap Kofola and Malinovka from the tap.
Tap water and soda for free from our soda bar.
You can sit in the restaurant for an unlimited amount of time.
Your nightly entertainment must not disturb other guests.
There is a card on the fridge where you can write your own bill.
Our restaurant is open daily in high season.
A hearty breakfast is included with every stay and is normally served from 8.30 to 10 a.m. Earlier breakfast times must be requested in advance.
The restaurant is open dailyin high season . We do not like to designate a meal for half board. We recommend that you always choose your favourite dish from the current daily menu at breakfast in the morning. Hot dishes, minute meals, vegetable dishes, desserts and sweet dishes are cooked with quality fresh ingredients.
Please report vegetarian diets and any allergen restrictions in advance.
Outside the high season our restaurant is always open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. It has been our experience that guests dine on a trip or at nearby restaurants in nearby Holubov or Zlata Koruna, or we will cook dinner for you by appointment.
When the temperatures are favorable, we are happy to grill or cook in the outdoor kitchen.
We will be happy to make you a cold bowl for the evening (please report the day before) according to your wishes or we will prepare for you for the evening beer for example drowning...
A fridge for storing your food is on the first floor.
We can provide a microwave in the common room on request.
On the day of your arrival, we will either check you in personally or contact you with exact instructions for you to check in yourself.
If you agree, we would leave your keys in the safe which is at the entrance of the guesthouse. We would send you the code in a text message. Of course, you can always call the phones listed and we will assist you with remote accommodation. The key will be in the safe in an envelope with your name and room number.
Should you be late on the day of arrival and have arranged personal accommodation, nothing will happen. Staff will place the room key in the safe for you to collect. This way you don't have to rush and stress during your holiday.
Take the D3 motorway. At exit 143 direction Křemže, České Budějovice - south, airport take the exit and continue towards Křemže. In the village of Mříč you will see our direction signs.
DO NOT listen to the navigation! After entering the address it will lead you to the guesthouse via Třísov. You have to leave the main road in Holubov and continue along the direction of the Křemžský brook until you come to the parking lot of the guesthouse. There are plenty of directional signs on the road. Our two car parks are very close to the guesthouse and are free of charge. So far we have not experienced any problems entering the prohibition area however you can ask the staff for permission to enter.
Motorcycles can be parked safely just behind the house. Restaurant guests can also park in our large car park in front of the first ford.
Each room has its own TV. Wi-fi connection is without password. The internet is connected to the guesthouse via fibre optic cable.
There's an iron fireplace under the deck by the creek. We can neither allow nor forbid you to light a fire in the open. You simply make a fire in the open air at your own risk. Be sure not to build a fire in windy weather. When you leave, thoroughly flush the fire pit with water from the creek. Staff will be happy to provide you with roasting sticks and an axe. Firewood can be found in the adjacent woods or taken from our garden. Please keep clean and also bring everything else for barbecue from home or we will be happy to arrange everything you need for your picnic. After your picnic, please put everything back in its original condition and clean up properly.
Outside the restaurant you can also use our gas grill. We will be happy to arrange everything regarding the barbecue or you can get everything you need from home (meat, sausages, hermelins, paper trays, knife, barbecue sauces, turnovers, cleaning products, etc.). If the restaurant will be open that day, order the evening barbecue package in the morning at breakfast. Alternatively, you can store your groceries on the lower shelves of the communal fridge on the 1st floor. This is a complimentary service, so please clean the grill thoroughly afterwards to ensure it is in pristine condition after your barbecue.
We have had very bad experiences with dog boarding. We only accommodate breeds up to 4 kg with good habits (or by individual agreement with the reception).
We ask that you take some "bedding" for the dog and that the dog does not move in the bedding area.
You must clean him up properly when you come in from your walk.
Thank you for your understanding, our guesthouse is brand new and we pride ourselves on cleanliness.
The fee for a pet that is pre-approved by our reception is 200 CZK / night.
Bicycle storage is free of charge and must be reported to reception in advance. We have made new cubicles that are equipped with electricity to recharge the electric bicycle batteries. The key to the cubicle is stored in the safe on this bike. The code of the safe will be gladly given to you by the staff. Access to the bikes is from our car park along the woods. The stakes are located in close proximity and are visible from the windows of the guesthouse.
!!! REMOVE THE KEY FROM THE SAFE, UNLOCK AND LOCK IT AND THEN PUT THE KEY BACK IN THE SAFE. DO NOT TAKE IT WITH YOU ON YOUR TRIP.

The stay for a specific date cannot be cancelled.
Reservations can only be changed up to 14 days in advance.
In case of a later change or no-show, the voucher will be forfeited without refund.
Such a voucher cannot be refunded.
Within 14 days prior to your stay, in the event of sudden illness or other serious event, we may re-offer your reserved room to other interested parties.
However, if your room cannot be reoccupied within that period, the voucher will be forfeited without refund.
The entrance to the guesthouse is charged by the municipality of Holubov. The entrance fee is 25,-/day.
You can pay the fee in three ways - the fastest way is online by filling in the form. After filling in the online form, you will receive a confirmation of the entry permit to the e-mail address you have entered.
The second option is to pay at the reception in cash.
The third option is to pay from your banking using the QR code that is placed on the no entry sign outside the ford.
If you don't want to pay the fee, it is possible to leave your car in the car park in Holubov in front of the ford (in front of the no entry sign). The guest house is then about 1 km away on foot.
