Information for guests

Accommodation Prices

Adult: 1,125 CZK per person per day including breakfast – for occupancy of two persons in a room, for stays shorter than 3 days/2 nights.
Children aged up to 12 (inclusive): 640 CZK per day including breakfast – for stays shorter than 3 days/2 nights.
Children up to 2 years (without bed and breakfast) stay free of charge.

We prefer cash payment for accommodation.

Arrival and Departure

CHECK IN (arrival) for guests is possible from 2:00 PM onwards.

CHECK OUT (departure) for guests is no later than 11:00 AM.

Bed Linen and Room Cleaning During Your Stay

Each room is equipped with its own bathroom and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided in the room. We respect your privacy and typically do not perform regular room cleaning. Please inform us during breakfast if you require a change of trash bags, towels, toilet paper, or any other needs. We are happy to arrange individual cleaning intervals during your stay as well.

Dining for Guests

Our restaurant is open daily during the main season.

A hearty breakfast is included with every stay and is typically served from 8:30 to 10:00 AM. Please notify us in advance if you require an earlier breakfast time.

During the season, the restaurant is open daily. We do not typically offer half-board meals. We recommend selecting your favorite dishes from the daily menu during breakfast each morning. Our dishes, including soups, main courses, vegetarian options, desserts, and sweet dishes, are prepared from high-quality fresh ingredients.

Please inform us in advance of any vegetarian meals or specific dietary restrictions and allergens.

Outside the main season, our restaurant is open on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Many of our guests choose to dine out for dinner at nearby restaurants in Holubov or Zlatá Koruna during these times.

We are happy to prepare a cold plate for you in the evening (please notify us one day in advance). A refrigerator is available on the first floor for storing any food items you may have. Upon request, a microwave can be provided in the common area.

Drinks During Your Stay

Even outside restaurant hours, you can make coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and wine from the wine bar with a simple press on the coffee machine in the basement. It is possible to take anything to drink from the refrigerator on the first floor – wine, sparkling wine, Birell, bottled beer, etc.

Pour yourself beer into a clay jug from the real tap at the bar. Children can also pour Kofola and raspberry soda from the tap.

You can get water and soda for free from our soda bar.

You can sit in the restaurant for as long as you like.

Your nighttime activities must not disturb other guests.

On the refrigerator is your card, where you can record your own expenses.

Keys and Accommodation

On the day of your arrival, we will either check you in personally or provide you with exact instructions for self-check-in.

If you agree, we would leave the keys for you in a safe located at the entrance of the guesthouse. We will send you the code for it via SMS. Of course, you can call us anytime at the provided phone numbers, and we will assist you with remote check-in. The key will be in the safe in an envelope with your name and room number.

If you are delayed on the day of arrival and had arranged for personal check-in, there's no problem. The staff will place the room key in the safe for you to retrieve on your own. This way, you don't have to rush or stress during your vacation.

Arrival at the Guesthouse and Parking

Do not follow the navigation! After entering the address, it will lead you to the pension via Třísov. You must turn off the main road in Holubov and continue along the direction of the Křemežský brook until you reach the no-entry sign, where you will find the parking lot near the pension. There are plenty of directional signs on the way. Our two parking lots are in close proximity to the pension and are free of charge. So far, we have not encountered any problems with entering the no-entry zone, but you can ask the staff for permission to enter.

Motorcycles can be safely parked right behind the house. Restaurant guests can also park in our large parking lot before the first ford.

Wi-Fi Connection and TV

Each room has its own television. Wi-Fi connection is password-free. The internet is provided to the guesthouse via optical cable.

Campfire and Sausages

Under the deck by the brook, there is an iron fire pit. We cannot either permit or forbid making a fire in nature. Simply put, you make a fire in nature at your own risk. Definitely do not make a fire in windy weather. After you leave, thoroughly douse the fire pit with water from the brook. The staff will gladly prepare roasting sticks and a small axe for you. You can find wood for the fire in the nearby forest or take some from our garden. Please keep the area clean and bring everything else you need for roasting from home, or we will be happy to provide everything necessary for your picnic. After your picnic, return everything to its original state and clean up properly after yourself.

Your BBQ

Outside of restaurant hours, you can also use our gas grill. We are happy to arrange everything for your grilling needs, or you can bring everything you need from home (meat, sausages, camembert, paper plates, knife, grilling sauces, turners, cleaning supplies, etc.). If the restaurant is open that day, please order your evening grilling package in the morning at breakfast. You can also store your food on the lower shelves of the shared refrigerator on the first floor. This is a free service, so please clean the grill thoroughly afterwards to leave it in its original condition.

Pets

We have had very bad experiences with accommodating dogs. We only accommodate breeds up to 4 kg with good habits (or according to individual agreement with the reception).

Please bring a “bed” for your dog and ensure the dog does not move around in the bed area.

After returning from a walk, you must clean your dog properly.

Thank you for your understanding, our pension is brand new and we pride ourselves on cleanliness.

The fee for a pet, which must be approved in advance by our reception, is 200 CZK per night.

Storage of Bicycles

Bicycle storage is free and needs to be reported to the reception in advance. We have created new stalls equipped with electricity for charging electric bike batteries. The key to the stall is stored in a safe on this bike shed. The staff will gladly provide you with the code to the safe. Access to the bike sheds is from our parking lot along the forest. The sheds are in close proximity and are visible from the pension windows. 

!!! REMOVE THE KEY FROM THE SAFE, UNLOCK AND LOCK THE STALL, AND THEN RETURN THE KEY TO THE SAFE. DO NOT TAKE IT WITH YOU ON YOUR TRIP.

Gift Vouchers

Christmas and other gift vouchers for a stay at our guesthouse are very popular and always bring joy to the recipient.

They vary by the number of people, length of stay, and preferred period of use.

We mostly sell vouchers redeemable within the current year.

It's quick and easy.

Just email us at hamrdivcikamen@email.cz with your request, and we will prepare a price quote for you. If you agree, we will send you payment details for transfer to our account and a tastefully designed gift voucher. Print the gift voucher on sturdy paper and fold it three times. Upon receipt of payment in our account, we will send you the voucher code, which will be recorded in our booking system.

Cancellation Policy

A stay for a specific date cannot be cancelled.

Only a reservation change is possible, and must be made at least 14 days in advance.

In case of a later change or failure to arrive for the stay, the voucher is forfeited without compensation.

Such a voucher cannot be refunded either.

Within 14 days of the stay, in case of sudden illness or other serious events, we may offer your reserved room to other interested parties.

However, if we are unable to rebook your room for the specified date, the voucher is forfeited without compensation.
